The Residential Administrator Support Officer plays a key role in providing support and guidance to administration staff, focusing on stakeholder engagement, staff rostering, human resource documentation, admissions, discharges, and overall administration operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role requires travel across aged care facilities within the Southeast region.

What you bring:
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, with experience in aged care, or related industries.
NDIS Check is essential.
Willing to travel across several mecwacare Residential facilities providing mentorship and guidance to staff on administrative and HR issue
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and be flexible in responding to the needs of the the broader team
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in overseeing rostering and managing staff leave effectively
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, reporting, and correspondence. High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel and operational needs.
