About the role
Estia Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services/Sales Officer to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
As a sales and customer service professional, your role will be primarily focused on managing occupancy levels by implementing various sales initiatives to acquire new clients and ensuring both residents and their relatives enjoy a positive experience throughout their interactions with Estia Health.
You will be based at one of Estia Health Homes in South Morang (South Morang or Plenty Valley).
This is a full-time position, office hours with a flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care. You’ll be a team player who:
Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
Proactively manages the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
Be a business development champion and showcase our home to future residents and their families.
Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc.
Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
