Availability:
Minimum 24 hours per week
Up to 12 hour shifts
Day or active overnight shift

About the role:
Work 1:1 with a client who values your skills and compassion. You’ll use your full clinical scope in a role that includes:
Catheter and suprapubic changes (male/female)
IM, subcut, and IV medication administration
Syringe driver, PEG care, palliative support, wound care
FRAT and PAS assessments, medication risk assessments
Monitoring client wellbeing and liaising with Case Managers
Administering medications and personal care support
Participating in client reviews and outcome planning
ABOUT YOU
You are a calm, confident clinician with a kind heart. You love working autonomously and being the person people rely on.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (with valid AHPRA)
Experience in aged care, post-stroke care, palliative care or behavioural support
Confident with clinical assessments and nursing interventions
NDIS Worker Screening Check and CPR certificate (within 12 months)
Community nursing experience is highly regarded
