Join the dedicated care team at Annie’s Court, a beautifully renovated aged care home nestled in the heart of Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula.
As an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in managing, planning, and delivering exceptional residential aged care services. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you’ll provide evidence-based nursing care that supports Client’s health and wellbeing in line with their individual care plans.

What you bring:
Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in a residential aged care facility.
Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Able to work all shifts including night shifts.
Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Current First Aid + CPR
