
Our home at Walmsley Aged Care Kilsyth comprises of 120 bed and provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facility’ within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair salon and spa, and gym along with many other activities nestled at the Dandenong Rangers foothills.
Your New Role:
We currently have a vacancy for Registered Nurse Grade 5 , you will lead and support the coordination of all clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents, and ensure that service delivery is met to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include:
Support the clinical and care delivery across the RAC facility
Lead the effective delivery of a range of customer – centred and compliant aged care services through collaboration with the site management team and central support services
Work closely with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure RAC residents receive services of the required standard to enhance their Wellbeing and Align with their preferences and needs for non-clinical services – including Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health and Additional Services under Better Together Plus develop and implement actions within the Annual Operation Plan ensuring all targets are achieved.
Above all, you will be an accomplished Clinical Leader, who can develop and drive our clinical care strategy, whilst demonstrating our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
Does this sound like you?
Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Knowledge of ACQSC accreditation, procedures and standards.
Desirable – Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar and/or a minimum of one year equivalent management experience in a similar role.
Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, and Influenza 2025
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Casual postion to support the afternoon and night shift across 7 days .
