As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that brings dignity, comfort, and joy to our residents.

What you bring:
Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care.
Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekday and weekends.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
