We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Clinical Team Leader. This position provides on-floor assistance to nursing staff, mentoring, training, and supports care plan implementation. It also involves covering leave as required, both for Nursing staff and the Clinical Care Coordinator. Flexible part-time or full-time hours are available, with options to adjust start and finish times for work-life balance.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Current registration with the AHPRA as a registered Nurse,
Supervisory skills and experience,
A high level of analytical, written and communication skills,
Current Police Check,
Knowledge of legislation appropriate to this position,
Initiative and ability to work without supervision,
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality,
Ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment,
Understanding of and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards,
A commitment to improving residential aged care,
An on-going learning and continuous development philosophy,
Fosters independence of residents and has a person-centered approach,
Ability to be proactive to workplace OHS.
DESIRABLE

Previous experience in Aged Care Facility
