About the opportunity:

You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
• First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• NDIS workers screening check and NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License with own car
• Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.
