About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters – and as a Home Care Worker, you’ll create cherished moments each day.

You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

The role offers

Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
Flexible working hours.
Mobile phone.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Strong communication and organisational skills.
A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.
The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
First Aid Certificate that includes CPR.
Driver Licence.
Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.
