About the Role:

Medical and Aged Care group are looking for an experienced Group Admissions Coordinator, with excellent interpersonal skills, to play a pivotal role in assisting families with support and understanding as they transition their loved ones into aged care

Working across multiple homes located at Coburg, Ashwood and Boronia, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Home Manager and Administration Officers to ensure delivery of all sales and admissions commitments.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure delivery of the function’s KPIs and efficient and effective management of resources

· Operate as a subject matter expert in admissions portfolio

· Establish and develop effective relationships with internal and external team members, service providers and clients

· Drive exceptional service through the delivery of the Welcome process and post admission process

· Manage professional relations with families and key stakeholders

· Ability to support and work in additional admissions portfolio when required

To succeed in this role, you will require the below:

Previous experience working in aged care admissions role
Ability to meet deadlines, be self-motivated and work under pressure
Comply with all Privacy Legislation requirements and confidentiality statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across all stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in using software applications
Understanding of AN-ACC funding requirements in aged care
A commitment to improving residential aged care admission processes
Ability to identify, resolve and manage problems
Current Police Check
