As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
What you bring:
• Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
• A minimum of two years’ experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement.
• NDIS Check is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.
• Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proven ability to guide, motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
