About Kew Gardens Aged Care
Kew Gardens Aged Care has just opened a brand-new 52-suite extension offering residents boutique luxury living. The state-of-the-art suites and opulent amenities have been designed with meticulous attention to detail, setting a new standard in aged care living.
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque, tree-lined suburb of Kew, our residence overlooks the beautiful and iconic Alexandra Gardens, creating a serene environment for residents.
At Kew Gardens Aged Care we are dedicated to providing high quality short-term and permanent care with ageing in place programs, including a dedicated Memory Support Unit. Our person-centred approach ensures that residents receive the highest quality care tailored to their individual needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced receptionist/administration officer that has proven experience in reception and administrative duties, proficiency in operating a switchboard and office equipment, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience in the aged care sector is desirable.
The successful candidate will have:
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated previous reception and administrative experience.
* Proven ability to operate a switchboard and other office equipment.
* Attention to detail, well developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Additionally, you will need:
* Current influenza vaccination
* Three COVID-19 vaccinations
* Current Police Check
